Just a little bit of my work from the past several weeks! The edible film printer has come in clutch for these custom cakes! Not pictured is the 76 dozen Carolina Delights that were made for Thanksgiving! 🤣🤣 Thank you for all the business, support and orders this year! Getting re-established in my new kitchen had its ups and downs, but I think I’ve finally gotten a groove going in my new space! I will be delivering my last orders for 2025 on 12/23 and then I’m outta here until the New Year! After 1/5/26 I will be ready to crank back up and keep it moving! If you have any orders that need to be placed for 2026, please don’t hesitate to let me know! Last Call for Carolina Delights for Thanksgiving!!!

Today is the last day to place your orders for Carolina Delights for Thanksgiving!!! Each box has 2 dozen cupcakes made with the finest NC grown sweetpotatoes, homemade vanilla buttercream frosting (white only this week) 1/2 topped with fresh crispy bacon and 1/2 without (unless otherwise specified). There will be a drop off/delivery point at The Shabby Stables in the Meadow/Benson area at 1pm on Wednesday 11/26 for those that ordered thru Mrs. Wood and I will be arranging deliveries for the other orders placed accordingly. I will be delivering from Meadow to Greenville and anywhere in between so don’t hesitate to place an order by 5pm today if you’re interested in a box! I have received several inquiries about Thanksgiving week and I have already taken a few orders for my sweetpotato cupcakes, so I’m going to plan to do another large batch for the week of Thanksgiving! If you are interested in an order of Carolina Delights for the holiday, please let me know. Deliveries will be Tuesday 11/25 and Wednesday 11/26. 2 dozen per box, white frosting only, with or without bacon for $40. Ordering window is now open until Monday 11/17! Today I had the great pleasure of once again providing the dessert for the 6th Annual FarmHER luncheon hosted by the North Carolina Sweetpotato Commission. I was also priveleged to be able to donate 2 extra boxes of my “Carolina Delights” for the live auction this year! The procedes from this auction go to the Pretty in Pink Foundation, a North Carolina based non-profit that provides assistance to under insured breast cancer patients. It was a wonderful afternoon of fellowship, networking, and fundraising! Thank you to the ladies of the NC Sweetpotato Commission for hosting another lovely event for such a great cause! 🩷🩷🩷
