These sourdough cinnamon rolls come from our friend Callie at When I Rise Bakery, the same amazing baker who stocks the bread box on our patio.

Slow-fermented sourdough.
Warm cinnamon.
Just the right amount of sweetness.

One of our favorite parts of the shop is getting to share space with other local makers doing what they love.

In the class, you’ll learn every step in the sourdough process through our hands-on approach. Each student will receive a full instruction guide to take home and a starter kit that includes 10 tools you’ll use in class and take with you as you continue your sourdough journey. You’ll also receive access to an exclusive online community where you can ask questions beyond the class, as you continue to grow as a baker from home.

✨2025✨ a year of blessings!

Our second year in business, but it felt like we hit our stride. It was a year of joy, brought about by loyal customers, dedicated retail partners, a growing online community, and supportive family & friends.

Last year, we shared all our “stats” - how many markets we attended, how many customers we baked for, how many loaves of bread we baked. But this year, it seems more fitting to focus on the feelings - how this business brings fulfillment to me as a baker. It brings joy to our customers as they try new flavors and share with their friends. It brings excitement as we see new faces at the markets. It brings connection as customers share a cinnamon roll & a coffee with friends. But most importantly, I hope it brings about love - knowing that every customer, every partner, every market, every loaf of bread is prayed for. The Lord brought this business to us and we pray you feel his love, and ours, through every bite & every encounter you have with us.
