Established in 1984, Fuji Japanese Bakery is a unique Japanese family owned bakery in Sydney.

1984年8月にシドニーのブルークベールにて創業し、87年7月に現在のキラニーハイツに移転.
シドニーにはたくさんの日本食レストランがあるが、日本式のパン、とりわけ経営者も日本人のパン屋はここFuji Japanese Bakeryのみ。
