Greetings Silky Sweets Family. This weekend was a lesson in the importance of patience, persistence, and customer satisfaction. Despite multiple setbacks with cake color and damage during delivery, I ensured the client received their cake on their special day. I personally delivered the damaged cake to ensure customer satisfaction, all while managing nine other orders. This experience reaffirmed that staying true to oneself and providing excellent service leads to rewarding outcomes.
