I value quality over quantity and want to offer amazing tasting deserts, breads and cakes. I am registered as a caterer with Leeds City Council, have Food Safety and Hygiene Level 3 certificate, and have a relevant insurance in place. I have completed Level 2 French Patisserie course at Leeds City College and currently study level 3. Baking and food in general is my passion and I always continue to explore it. 5* Food Hygiene and Safety Rating.

This place is pure calm, elegance and warmth, but what made it extra special was being there as a guest working alongside the incredible Chef Anuj on high tea recipes 🍰🫖

So much passion, creativity and attention to detail behind the scenes – it was such a joy to share ideas, taste, refine and create together. The level of hospitality is on a different level, I felt really taken care of. Thank you so much to the team of Taj, Chef Anuj and Charu for making this memorable moments happen💛

Happy Sunday everyone! I really enjoyed catering for a special birthday of a teenage girl this weekend. I had to change a couple of items on the menu to suit the teenage taste buds. The feedback was fantastic. This was preparation only, the customer collected the food themselves. Also available as a completely set up grazing table in your home or venue.
