I’m just SO excited about all these whole grains! You still have a couple days left to place your order for June 18th bread delivery/pickup.

This is the last chance for pre-orders for June! I’m doing a market event on June 27th, so I won’t be taking pre-orders that week. (Details on the Forgotten Star market in my pinned post 👌🏼)

I am on a camping trip on the north shore with my family this weekend. Can’t wait to bake some delicious bread (and cinny rolls!) for you all next week.

Don’t forget to get your order in by Sunday night if you haven’t ordered yet! Looking like I might sell out of cinnamon rolls again 👀

Say hello to the new and improved Farmhouse loaf!

Starting next week, the Farmhouse will include 30% fresh milled flour and 70% bread flour - all organic!

What does this mean for you?
🌾 More nutrients! Fresh milled flour retains all 3 parts of the wheat berry: bran, germ, and endosperm. A bag of pre-packaged flour from the store only includes the endosperm, which is essentially just starch and protein.
🌾 Better flavor! And *slightly* darker in color.
🌾 Easier to digest + more fiber
🌾 Feel good knowing that you are enjoying locally grown grains.

We had SO much fun tonight in the neighborhood! Thank you to .brynmawr and for putting on a great event. It’s always great to connect with neighbors and share delicious bread.

June is looking fine! Make sure you plan ahead this month for your Nord Bakehouse sourdough bread. I’ll be closed for the second week of June and not taking pre-orders for the last week. Come see me at the summer market on June 27th!
