We source micro-lots of organic coffee from small farms in our area.
Our coffee is hand sorted and small batch roasted.
Details for this batch. This batch is sourced from Finca El Laurel who won second place in the Honduras cup of excellence for 2025 as well as second place in the best Parainema for our region in 2026.
There will be three varieties of coffee Parainema, Lempira and Geisha available.

Elevation: 1,450 meters
Processed: washed
Variety: Parainema, Lempira and Geisha
Parainema flavor profile: caramel, fruity, vanilla
Lempira flavor profile: amaretto, nutty
Geisha: blueberry, blackberry, jasmin
