Happy 13th to my biggest inspiration. 💗✨

This cake is a little extra special because it’s for my daughter.

When she turned 2, I decided to make her Minnie Mouse birthday cake myself, I simply wanted to make something special for her. I had no idea that one little cake would spark a love for cake decorating that would grow into the hobby (and little side hustle) I have today.

Fast forward 11 years, and I still have the privilege of creating her birthday cake every year. Watching her ideas grow with her is something I’ll never take for granted, and seeing her excitement as she chooses her theme has become one of my favourite traditions.

This year she’s officially 13, and her Juicy Couture vision was all things pink, black and glamorous. ✨

Happy 13th, my beautiful girl. Thank you for unknowingly introducing me to a passion I never knew I had. No matter how old you get, I’ll always treasure being the one who gets to make your birthday cake. I love you more than words can say. 💕
