Two buttercream rosettes.

Same buttercream.

Same piping nozzle.

Totally different appearance.

One looks professional and the other looks not-so-great.

The difference?

The height of the piping tip during piping.

Lift your nozzle higher so the buttercream falls nicely and the tip doesn’t drag through the previously piped buttercream.

Simple fix but it makes a huge difference.
