Stocked my freezer with 101 fresh milled mini muffins. How long will they last?

If you mill your own flour, you have to try a Dutch Baby with fresh milled einkorn flour.

It puffs up with the most beautiful golden edges and the flavor is so rich and buttery. One bowl, one skillet, and the oven does the rest.

Save this for a cozy weekend breakfast.

Fresh Milled Einkorn Dutch Baby
• 1 cup milk
• ¼ cup sugar
• 8 eggs
• 125g fresh milled einkorn flour

Blend until smooth.
Pour into a hot cast iron skillet with 1 stick melted butter and bake at 425° for 40–45 minutes.

Top with powdered sugar + maple syrup and serve warm.

Comment your favorite breakfast item that I should try making next.
