RECIPE BELOW🥜🔥 (TIL GUD LADOO)
🔹️Start with gathering all your ingredients.
🔹️Take a pan and dry roast til on medium heat for 2 mins (should turn light brown)
🔹️Remove it and keep aside in a bowl to cool
🔹️Add water in a heavy bottom cooking pot and heat it. Now put jaggery in it and let it melt completely. Stir well.
🔹️After the jaggery is melted, let it thicken
🔹️Now add the roasted til seeds in this mix
🔹️Next, add ghee and cardamom in the jaggery and til mix.
🔹️Pour the mix on a ghee-greased plate and let it cool for 2 mins.
🔹️Grease your palms with ghee and take a little of the til gud mixture to shape like ladoos
🔹️Repeat the same steps to make all ladoos and store in an airtight container, once cooled completely
