**Limited edition**

The galette des rois is a cake traditionally shared at Epiphany, on 6 January. It celebrates the arrival of the Three Wise Men in Bethlehem. Composed of a puff pastry cake, with a small charm, the fève, hidden inside, it is usually filled with frangipane, a cream made from sweet almonds, butter, eggs and sugar.

Orders by 5 Jan for pick up the 7th and 8th which is the first weekend of Jan!!!

Orders and payment MUST be received by 12h noon Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery and by 12h noon on Friday for a Saturday delivery. MINIMUM quantity per order is 5 pieces (Butter/Almond/Chocolate or Raisin-Custard). Thank you for your support!!!
