My oldest son was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 7 years ago. I never wanted him to miss out on all of the delicious things there are to eat, so I learned to make (most) things gluten free! I serve my gluten free goodies at all of our functions and they are so delicious that people request for me to make them again and again!
