I had an amazing time making this cake and cupcakes for a summer themed party. I went for a sunset tropical theme with my cake. With coconut and lemon cake layers and lemon curd filling. 🌺🌴

Parramatta eels are in a drought of a premiership, but let’s HOPE this year they can break that drought and make their supporters proud. There are two western Sydney teams and they are both top contenders to go into the grand final at this point in time, let’s hope this happens and it will be battle of the west. I really hope parramatta eels win the grand final this year. On a side note how good is Sivo. UP PARRA🍻🍺 hit the like button for PARRDISE.

Yesterday I was at home on cold rainy winters night just watching a classic movie mrs doubtfire, and thought this was a perfect night to make some warm chocolate chip cookies with warm milk. No better way to spend the night. Making the cookies reminded me of baking with my grandmother, an old classic will always live on.🥛🍪🍩❄️🌨

Turning 18 is a big milestone in life, a day that should be remembered in ones life. An 18 th birthday is one for the books and jitesh may forget things that will happen on this day but at least his cake will always be remembered. It was a pleasure to make him a arsenal themed cake. As this was a 18th birthday the cake was a tiramisu cake. Once again happy birthday.

What a way to spend Easter being quarantined at home. So I decided what better way to to use my time than to bake a chocolate cake for Easter, just a shame I can’t share it with anyone, I guess I will be eating it.

With all the stresses of being quarantined, I had to find a way to pass my time. Then I thought of the perfect way baking a cake to indulge my taste buds. The taste of the cake was totally worth it, as it was a mission to get my hands on the ingredients. Nothing can beat a a cake in these tough times.
Remember in these tough times look after each other and STAY SAFE.
