What a very crazy past week for custom orders. We hope you all had a great Summerfest long weekend and thank you for stopping in at the bakery during those very hot days!!!

We had many baked goods ordered custom this week many pies, galettes and lots and lots of scones and squares.

We also had a lot of other special celebrations happening as well, birthdays, bridal showers.

We are opened until 2 pm, we stocked up and have a great selection of sweet and savory treats still available.

My scone people, I made plenty so come on in and get out of the heat!!!!

We have cinnamon buns (made in house) and a couple of Wilkies Sunrise buns left.

I still have a great selection of cheesecake jars, mini cakes, squares. Oreo cookies and cream donuts, and lots of quick grab and gos- Caramel pecan popcorn, Smore puppy chow, huge dipped rice krispies on a stick and so much more!!!!!

A custom Strawberry ice cream cake with a chocolate Oreo crumb and homemade whipped cream. The ice cream is our homemade no-churn ice cream recipe with fresh cut strawberries and compote.

We had lots of customs this weekend and I did not get pictures of some of the orders.

Today was another sad day at Sweetened by Shelly, another one of our original staff members completed her last shift with us.

Here at Sweetened by Shelly we are not only team members, but we are a part of a little sweet family. I feel so much joy for them has they open their wings and soar for their dreams, but so sad to see them go.

This is a unique workplace, I have staff who may or may not skip a class ( I do not encourage that of course, school first) , come over on a spare, a staff member who may be having a trying day show up and want to work because they want to and feel it is a happy and warm place for them and really enjoy what they do. How much better can that get!!!

I want to thank our team member Avery for being a part of our first crew and bringing so much to the team. We will miss you dearly and we wish you all the best with your next chapter in life/school.

We are opened until 2:00pm, but will be here for a bit longer as we have a supply order coming in. We have a variety of squares and a variety of fresh sourdough flavors left for your Saturday and Sunday dinner or breakfast!

First 3 customers cleaned us out of our morning scones so we just baked another three batches!!

Tues-Fri: 8:00 am-6:00 pm
Sat- 9:00-2:00 pm

I have been thinking about pie of the month club again. We had great success last year with this and the yearly subscription ended at the end of April and just wanted to see how busy the bakery would be.

Would we have interest again in this.

We would offer a 3 mth, 6 mth and 1 year subscription.
