Hello everyone! Now that Christmas season is approaching, I am starting to take orders for Yule logs! This is a chocolate cake with a mascarpone whipped cream filling, finished with a whipped chocolate ganache.
The Yule log came is a French Christmas tradition that dates back to the 19th century and is supposed to represent the Yule log families would burn starting on Christmas Eve, symbolizing the new year to come and good luck ahead.
