Pizzelles will always be my favorite Christmas cookie . They remind me of my Oma who past a few years ago . I was gifted this very much loved iron years ago which I’ve always appreciated however it is difficult to use.. If anyone knows of a brand of Pizzelles iron that will not cause 3rd degree burns also doesnt need to be held shut please let me know. After holiday clearance would be a huge plus.
