It’s a crisp sunny day in London and time to start planting tulips! This year, I will be growing lots in order to have fresh (plastic free) cut flowers in the house. Tulips will also feature in the upcoming March Group Workshops. There’s still a couple of places if you would like to join. Or drop me a DM for more details 🧡

Hellebores are one of the “Spring Jewels” flowers that will feature in the 2025 March Group Workshops. There’s still a few places if you would like to join on either 5th-6th March or 15th-16th March. Places are very limited so don’t delay if you are sitting on the fence!

I’m excited to announce the first sugar flower Group Workshops for 2025: “Spring Jewels”. I will be teaching tulips, Iceland poppies, hellebores, anemones and wallflowers in rich jewel tones. Places are limited to 4 students per workshop. Comment “workshop” below if you would like more details! 💜

2025 Group Workshops are now available to book! The first dates will be 5th/6th March + 15th/16th March 2025. I will be teaching “Spring Jewels” - a selection of jewel toned Spring flowers including these wallflowers along with tulips, Iceland poppies, hellebores and anemones.

Spaces are limited to 4 students per workshop so don’t delay if you would like to book a place!

This month I have been trying to log as many kilometres as possible to raise money and awareness for Refugee Education UK, a charity that’s is working towards a world where all refugee and asylum-seeking children and young people can access education, thrive in education, and use that education to create a hopeful, brighter future. It’s the time of year where the Japanese Anemone really shows off. “Honorine Jobert” is such a prolific flowerer and grows well in both sun and shade. My sugar version is super simple to make and makes a wonderful filler flower. Comment “Anemone” if you would like the full in-depth YouTube tutorial 🤍

From growing them in the garden to “growing them” in the studio…I’ve been a busy 🐝 prepping lots of sugar flowers for September weddings 🧡

I don’t normally share real flowers on the grid but today is an exception. The summer garden feels like it’s coming to an end so I wanted to celebrate my homegrown beauties by having a little play. Featuring an array of dahlias “Labyrinth”, “Peaches”, “Waltzing Mathilda”, “Totally Tangerine” + “Cornel Brons”, Amaranthus and Cosmos “Apricotta” + “Apricot Lemonade” (grown with .proust seeds).

Plenty of inspiration to get creative with my flower paste now 🧡
