I was challenged by my Pampered Chef consultant Cindy Gornbein-Golding, to post a photo of my project with my PC tools. So here we are!

Pecan Pie cookies- a nice shortbread cookie is a wonderful carrier for this Pecan Pie topping.

Ecto 1/2 had a little bit of a fender bender during our 8 hour drive to deliver it. It required emergency cake surgery in a hotel room :)
It was a lot of fun to make, and a great learning experience for next time! And I actually got some unexpected but great feedback from my 12 y/o niece… it was well received :)

Wow everybody- I am up to 88 followers and couldn’t thank you enough!

I haven’t been able to post much content recently because I’ve been going through a lot with having terrible pain, leading up to back surgery #2 in November.

Thank you all so much for the love and support! I hope this road to recovery has me up and running, and posting new content again soon!

Gotta Catch ‘Em All!
This was a fun one to make- plus- chocolate poke-balls full of sprinkles and characters from their favorite card game!

My favorite part was the smashing of the poke-balls, but second favorite was when the kids pushed the ‘button’ to open the poke-ball!
