Hi All. Tomorrow I'll have 3 medium white sourdough loaves available.

All are Medium (£3.50) and contain only organic bread flour, salt and water.

Let me know if you'd like one.

Baking Bread... this Sunday. Hoping for cooler weather because having the oven on 260c for hours on end is warm enough :-)

I'll be making white Sourdough bread only as I'm out of whole wheat flour at the moment.

Large: £4.50
Medium: £3.50
Small: £2.50

These are made over two days with 3 simple ingredients. Organic white flour from Shipton Mill, sea salt and water. Nothing else is added.

I may also do Chocolate Chip Cookies if there is demand for them.

So pleased I finally got my food hygiene certificate a few weeks ago.

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Just so you know.. my bread is all organic and the sourdough is long fermented to be tastier and easier to digest.

Hi, it's been a while!

I'm going to try to bake a big batch for Sunday!

Would you like a loaf of Sourdough?

White or brown, small, medium or large are all available.

-Small is £2.50
-Medium is £3.50
-Large is £4.50

I'll bake Saturday night for collection Sunday morning 9-10.

I can't deliver so collections only please (from Alderbury Lea, Bicknacre).

All my flour is organic and the bread is proper sourdough. Only flour, water and salt. No commercial yeast and no nasties.takessjdklfksdjtaatleastatleast

It's been a while! I'm unfortunately not able to bake regularly anymore.

I managed to make a mistake with the quantities today so I have the following spare if anyone would like one.

1 large white
2 med white
1 large brown
1 med brown

4.50 for the large 3.50 for the medium
All sourdough.

It might come in a tin shape or maybe in the free form sourdough shape.
