Led by head baker Thom, our team crafts each loaf and pastry daily using traditional methods and the best of Vietnam's healthy, local ingredients for a truly genuine taste. We are Thom’s Sourdough Bakery in Hoi An, a Vietnamese and Irish owned artisan bakery specializing in sourdough bread and pastries alongside great coffee.

We are staying open throughout the holidays! To give our team plenty of time to celebrate with their families, we have slightly adjusted our schedule and menu from Feb 15–19.

Holiday Hours

An Bang: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Tan Thanh: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Old Town: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
