I absolutely LOVE Huckleberries…so I finally figured out how to incorporate it into a cupcake. This is a Lemon & Huckleberry cupcake with light Lemon White Chocolate Frosting. There is also a YUMMY surprise in the middle.

I will be back at the market in 2 weeks.
