Hey Friends! My schedule is filling up fast and if you are considering ordering a cheesecake for this weekend, I need to know as soon as possible!! Cut off will be 2pm today instead of the end of the day. As soon as I get all the orders in, I will see how the time slots will be scheduled on Saturday. Happy March! It's been a hot minute since I've posted anything! I don't often post personal things on this page because, well, those posts are saved for my personal fb page, however, I wanted to jump on here to give you a glimpse into our recent trip (which meant time away from the kitchen...). As I shared on my post about taking a vacation, I mentioned that Bill and I celebrated our 25th anniversary last year and as we started dreaming of what we wanted to do. We didn't want "extravagant" or "over-the-top", just something fun, memorable and spending quality time together away from home. We decided on AZ, Phoenix to be exact. We ended up going with friends and extending our original plans and head out to CA for a few days. What a great time we had. So much silliness, laughter (I think my sides still hurt lol) and memories to last a lifetime! Here are just a few highlights...

I had a customer order a LARGE 1/2 pb, 1/2 oreo which I don't do because the cookies are mixed in to the batter... however, this morning, a thought came to me... What if I found another person who ALSO wanted 1/2 oreo, 1/2 "insert flavor"? $25. Just throwing it out there to see if there's interest in this one time offer so I can help my customer out. I'll be baking tomorrow morning, first thing, so let me know by the end of the day! If you have any questions, please reach out! (Picture for reference only)

Whew! It's been a CRAZY season this year! I am so grateful for each and everyone of YOU and your continued support of my small business! Please note, I will be out of town this week, so the home kitchen will be closed! Also, my husband and I celebrated 25 years of wedded "bliss" this past year and finally decided to book a vacation coming up in February! Thank you for making 2025 the best year yet!! Cheers to 2026!! 🍾🎉
