Good morning, Happiness Friends. I finished sourdough prep day this morning before the sun woke up 🌚

I had enough starter to prep 18 loaves starting yesterday morning, but I thought to myself...that isn't enough! I fed what little starter I had leftover and set it on a warming pad to speed up the process. Last evening I prepped another 12 loaves! That makes 30 total loaves for the bakery this weekend ❤️

We hope you'll consider stopping by this weekend ☺️

Plop goes the sourdough. Last tote of the night to divide and shape. I'll be prepping 2 more totes tonight, leave them to bulk ferment overnight and then divide and shape tomorrow ☺️
