I have a confession… these personal-size cheesecakes are NOT going to help with your “I’m only having a little dessert” goals. 😂🍰

🐢 Turtle Cheesecake — chocolate + caramel + pecans + creamy cheesecake goodness.
🍫 Rollo Cheesecake — because apparently regular chocolate and caramel just weren’t enough. 😍

And yes… they’re personal size, which means you can technically eat the whole thing yourself. I don’t make the rules. 🤷‍♀️😂

🎀🎀🥉UDATE TO AN UPDATE LOL 😂 OKAY Cheesecake didn’t win any ribbons they judged it along with like birthday cakes ( highly decorated) and other cakes like that 🙃🙃 BUT I know my cheesecakes are winners I sell a lot of them every week so my CUSTOMERS MAKE THEM WINNERS !!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️but something I don’t sell unless requested won 3rd 🥉 Place my Brownies ❤️🎀🥉so 2 3rd 🥉 place items of 3 is t bad for first time judging !!! I am totally tickled ❤️😊

Update 🎀🎀🎀 when I stopped by they had gotten the candy division done but not the cakes or cookies but my Fudge is Bri going home 3rd place 🥉 so far ❤️

Got all my items plated according to rules yes I only did 6 pieces of Fudge I plated it and put it in the fridge. I forgot to take a photo of it so I took a photo of what I had left to give out at work ❤️ Happy coworkers today !!! The brownies I have to say are super amazing and have the perfect flaky top soft and super chocolatey ❤️ Excited to hand these off today !

Needless to say tonight I was busy !!! I was baking for the fair judging dropping off my goodies tomorrow evening for Wednesday, judging I did Browned Butter brownies, caramel cheesecake, which will get decorated in the morning and homemade old-fashioned fudge. I’m so excited to enter the contest. And show off my years of baking for my kiddos ❤️ guys, I am no professional by no means I have just baked for years. The very first thing I cooked as a child was homemade fudge and pancakes.❤️🎀❤️ keep fingers crossed I bring home a few or even one Ribbon 🎀 I’ll be tickled pink ❤️
