Its Thursday, I am restocking booths this afternoon! Brought back a crowd favorite this week!! The Oreo Cake Cup! Make sure to grab one before they're gone. This week's restock also includes pumpkin brownies, homemade brownies, homemade smores brownies, and no bake butterfinger cheesecake.

Oct 24th make sure to come out to Friend for Fall in Love with Friend shopping event! I will have a ton of goodies stocked up for it!!

It's been awhile since I've posted an introduction post and there are a ton of new followers! Thank you so much for following along!

If you’re new around here, I’m so glad you found us! I’m Brooke McBride, the baker and owner behind Sparrow’s Cobbler.

Sparrow’s Cobbler is more than just a bakery to me—it’s something that was inspired by someone very special in my life: my grandmother. She was a big part of my life and one of the people who helped shape who I am today. She was always saying “Keep your eye on the Sparrow,” and those words have stuck with me through the years.
That saying became the inspiration behind the name Sparrow’s Cobbler. 🐦 It also reminds me of the words in Matthew 6:25–27 and the reassurance that if God watches over even the smallest sparrow, He will watch over us too. It felt like the perfect reminder to carry with me as I started this business.
What started with a love for baking has grown into something I’m incredibly thankful for. I love that Sparrow’s Cobbler gives me the creative freedom to try new recipes, experiment with different ideas, and make something that brings a little sweetness to someone’s day. And honestly, being able to build something that carries a little piece of my grandmother with it makes it even more special.

Around here you’ll find cobblers, cookies, cinnamon rolls, pecan rolls, cupcakes, brownies, seasonal treats, and plenty of new creations along the way! You’ll also find us out and about at local events, craft shows, markets, and our different booth locations. I’m always dreaming up something new, so there’s usually something different to look forward to!

Hey everyone!!

We’re so excited to announce that Sparrow’s Cobbler is getting a NEW BOOTH LOCATION!

You can now find us at Makers Row in York, NE!

We’ll be filling our space with some of your favorite Sparrow’s Cobbler goodies, along with new treats and seasonal items as we go!
We are so excited to have another place for you to stop by, shop local, and grab something sweet!

First day of fall, everything pumpkin! This week's restock is pumpkin snickerdoodles and pumpkin swirl cheesecake. Brick + Maple in Friend, KTDesigns in Lincoln and Carter & Co. Appliance Sales & Repair in York will be restocked in a couple hours. Next week should be back to normal with later in the week restocks and will be a bigger selection as well!
