Happy fastnacht day!

I made some yesterday because you can’t have fastnacht day without enjoying at least one fastnacht. Here’s the process, from starter to cream filled fastnacht!

Super excited to offer this new treat!

Pretzel donuts!

The texture of these things is something else. Still chewy like a pretzel, but yet soft and pillowy like a donut. And the salt plays so nicely with the sweet vanilla glaze. The addition of the chocolate frosting really sets off the sweet-salty dance party in your mouth. I don’t necessarily believe bacon makes *everything* better, but in the case of these pretzel donuts, I’m thinking it would take that dance party in your mouth to the next level.

Get ‘em glazed, vanilla frosted, chocolate frosted, with or without bacon! $12/half dozen
