Tomorrow is looking like a beautiful day to have a market and look at all the amazing vendors that will be there.
(I’m no longer a vendor here but this place will always be near and dear to my heart)

The Victoria Farmers' Market is also having a blood drive during their market and it looks like the vendors have rallied to help promote our community to give blood.🩸

Almost 2 & 1/2 years ago after delivering my last little one I had some major complications and the first thing I needed was a blood transfusion, 2 units of blood. It didn’t fix all my problems but it gave my body the jump start to the fighting chance it needed to allow me to still be here today.

I can’t even begin to explain how surreal this feels. Seeing these books go from an idea, to being printed, laminated, bound, tied with love, and packed by my own two hands — and now they’re headed to their new homes is honestly emotional in the best way.

It’s finally here!! 🥹✨
My very first cookbook — Gluten-Freedom Bakery: Holiday Favorites — is officially available to order!

This book has been a true labor of love. Every page, every recipe, every photo… all fully homemade by me. I print them, cut them, laminate them, assemble them, and even tie them with a ribbon by hand. 💚

As a single mom of 3 juggling multiple jobs, this project has meant more to me than I can ever express. I poured my heart into it — not just to share my family’s favorite holiday recipes, but also to help provide for my kids and keep my little bakery dream alive. Learning and adapting in ways needed to still provide service to all my customers as my life continues to shift into a new season.

I’m starting with a limited number of copies, but I will create more as orders come in.
Just please know a slight delay may happen because I assemble each one myself — but they’re worth the wait. 💛

Today I’m feeling nothing but gratitude.
Thank you to every single one of you who continues to support this little bakery, even as my life shifts into a new season. I wasn’t able to open public Thanksgiving orders this year, and I truly appreciate your understanding as I navigate my “new normal.”

To those who reached out personally and gave me the honor of being part of your Thanksgiving celebration — thank you from the bottom of my heart. Baking for your families is one of my greatest joys.

A little sneak peek… 🍃✨

These past few months have been full of big changes, challenges, and new beginnings — but one thing that’s stayed constant is how much joy I find in creating for all of you.

I’ve been quietly working on something special: a mini holiday cookbook, filled with some of your favorite Gluten-Freedom Bakery recipes. This project has taken time (and heart), and it’s one reason baked items have been a bit limited lately — thank you for giving me the space to create something meaningful.

This is just the mock-up, but I couldn’t wait to share a glimpse. My hope is to have copies ready by Small Business Saturday. 💚

Thank you for supporting me and my little bakery through every season. I can’t wait to share this with you.

💛 A Quick Update from Gluten-Freedom Bakery 💛

Hey friends, I wanted to take a moment to apologize for there not being a delivery to The Tea House Company this week. I know many of you look forward to your favorite gluten-free treats there, and I never take that support for granted.

I’ve always tried to be an open book when it comes to my business and customers — transparency has always mattered to me. That said, I’m currently juggling multiple different jobs and also navigating some personal safety circumstances that require me to stay a bit more under the radar right now as my family and I move through a difficult transition.

Please know that this is temporary, and I’m doing everything I can to balance safety, work, and the passion that started this bakery in the first place. Your patience, kindness, and continued support mean the world to me and my little family.
