Hey everyone! It's Clay here, stepping in for Marissa today. As many of you know, Marissa, our beloved Gluten Free Baker, is taking a much-needed break after an incredible final week. She’ll be back to give you all an update soon, but in the meantime, I wanted to share some highlights and thank you all for your amazing support!
First off, a HUGE thank you for your orders and for supporting Marissa's bakery over the years. Seeing a line of 25+ people before we even open is truly heartwarming and a testament to how much you all love her gluten-free treats.
For those who don’t know me, when I’m not acting as Marissa’s self-appointed delivery driver and front-of-house manager 😉, I work as a data analyst, so in that spirit, I crunched some numbers to give you a glimpse of what went into the final week:

Even though it’s bittersweet that this chapter is ending, I know you all will help me in supporting Marissa as she pursues this next stage in her career that focuses on building and maintaining a better work life balance.
