This weeks menu is Most people buy ingredients for one dinner.

We turned the same core ingredients into an entire Greek Week.

Day 1:
Homemade Greek yogurt, hummus, and gyro meat.
The “everything is under control” phase.

Day 2:
Fresh gyros on homemade pita, couscous, and tomato cucumber salad.
This is where the fridge starts looking like you actually have your life together.

Day 3:
Souvlaki on the grill with homemade tzatziki.
Smoke in the air. Skewers everywhere. Suddenly everyone is “just stopping by.”

The best part?
Almost every meal builds off the last one:
Greek yogurt, cucumbers, herbs, garlic, lemon, tomatoes, oregano, olive oil.
