On June 20th, I will be attending the event at Acoustic Java, and although it's a bit early, I'm already contemplating the ideal summer desserts, such as banana pudding and fruit cobbler, and I look forward to seeing you there.

Just a look into how my April went.

April flew by.. we had snow, Spring days, 80° days, and rainy/ cold days... all 4 seasons in one month and through it all Mozelle's Sweet Shoppe was excited to be apart of some amazing celebrations 70th and 60th birthdays, (a cream tart cake and a boston cream pie) a non traditional Thursday wedding, (top tier was a Black Forest cake and bottom tier Vanilla with a Swiss Meringue Buttercream). As well as a several desserts for a wedding bash that was held at the AC Hotel Marriott in Worcester.

A local company reached out to me for a modest cookie order, and I'm pleased when clients seeking assorted desserts find me. The order was for 6 dozen cookies, comprising 12 sugar cookies, 12 snickerdoodles, 12 raspberry linzer, 12 chocolate chip, 12 Italian cookies, and 12 thumbprint cookies for their book club meeting.
