For those of you who, like me, need to follow a gluten free diet, I'm sure I've already easily caught your attention with gluten free cookies.
But for those of you who DON'T need to eat gluten free, DON'T scroll past this! This is also for you!
I may be new to the scene of selling my baked goods, but I'm definitely not new to baking gluten free. I was diagnosed with celiac in 2015 and have tasted my fair share of not so delicious gluten free desserts. Undoubtedly, there's value to having a GF option to eat alongside everyone else, but it's 100 times better when it actually tastes good.
So here's the kicker... there's so many dietary restrictions out there and it can often become overcomplicated to try to offer both a gluten free option AND a "normal" option. So why not just get a gluten free option that tastes so good that everyone will enjoy it whether they follow a GF diet or not?
I'm telling ya! Nobody's gonna know it's gluten free. (Maybe that one friend or cousin will say he can tell, but he'll still be reaching for a second cookie.)
