4 years ago I was working in a bakery doing wedding cakes. Sometimes working 14+ hour days away from my kids.
My husband and I worked opposite schedules for the longest time so we didn’t have to hire a babysitter or send them to daycare everyday.
This year, I was able to take 5 weeks off from doing orders (the same mount of time I had off for maternity leave when I had my oldest two 😬). To say I’m grateful would be a massive understatement!
While owning a business is SO much work, I’m blessed to be able to take time when I want to be with my family. 💕💕
