You asked! Here’s how I feed my small sourdough starter.

A tiny bit of starter, a tiny bit more water, and a tiny bigger bit of flour.

I like to feed my starter once a day with a 1:10:10 ratio. When it warms up, I’ll make the switch to twice a day to keep it healthy.
