I started baking when I was 14 years old and after taking a few cake decorating classes at a local craft store, I immediately fell in love with it. At that time people didn’t think I could have a career baking cakes, so I went to college and tried a few different careers including both the police and fire departments. With each career I tried I was unhappy and found myself baking any time I was gi
ven the chance! After a lot of thought, I then decided to go to school for baking and pastry management at Valencia Community College. At first I was making cakes for my families special occasions and everybody fell in love and proceeded to tell me how talented I was. I then started my business by baking cupcakes and other desserts for a local fire department and with just one referral my business started to grow solely by word-of-mouth. Following the instant success I decided to expand my market, create a label and dive full-time into baking without ever looking back and I’ve never been happier! I love not only being able to bake but the joy of seeing people’s dreams come through in the form of sweets! We specialize in cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and decorated cookies. Everything is baked fresh each day and delivered within 24 hours. We try and always use mostly only edible decorations whenever possible, unless otherwise requested.
