Dash Of Hope Bakery started with a recipe for delicious soft and chewy cookies, a belief that with hope life is sweeter and a passion to inspire change and involvement in the community. Everyone should know the feeling of someone baking you a batch of home made cookies. The smell that fills the air, the enjoyment of a delicious treat, and the warmth of the gesture. At Dash of Hope we strive to of
fer the very best cookie as well as educate and connect the community with local charities..As part of this effort we have created the “Flash-Store Events”. A “Flash-Store Event” is a unique and effective method of reaching a broad spectrum of the community. Once we adopt a charity we take up shop in local store fronts that are up for lease or vacant for various reasons. We reach out to the community to visit our “flash-store front” in an effort to benefit our charity of choice. With information on hand about the charity and ways to give back or connect with the charity we sell our famous cookies with all or part of the proceeds benefiting this charity. We also produce “flash –store events” that involve other vendors willing to participate and sell their goods on behalf of the charity of choice. With these methods we have been able to inspire change and involvement while spreading hope in the form of a delicious cookie. One of the most recent communities to welcome us was Avalon Park in East Orlando. There we set up in a store front next to Margaritas Grill to benefit Dream Acres For Autism. A big thank you Stephanie Hodson at Avalon Park Group. We now offer soft and chewy Gluten Free cookies as well as cookie cups and soon we will be adding or savory line of cookies such as our champagne cookie.We will soon be offering brownies and ice box pies. We provide a “boutique” style catering and relationship, whether its to a quaint mom and pop diner, individual, large event , farmers market or restaurant. We design your order to cater to your customers , clients or events needs. We at Dash Of Hope Bakery are excited about the new adventures to come.
