About a year ago, I decided to take a leap and open my little cottage bakery. I had no idea where it would lead, but I sat down at my computer and designed a website anyway. In between all of that, I was baking nonstop, testing recipes, inviting friends over for taste-testing parties, and basically surviving on coffee and pastry samples. 😅

But I had a vision.

And that’s how Mila’s Gluten Free Bakery was born. 🤍

A year later, I still can’t believe how much this little bakery has grown. What started as a dream in my kitchen has turned into something bigger than I ever imagined. We now have hundreds of customers — many of whom come back week after week — and people regularly drive hours just to visit us.

Every weekend, I’m humbled by your loyalty, your kindness, your messages, your reviews, and your familiar faces standing at my booth. Thank you for choosing my small business over and over again. Thank you for trusting me to bake for your families, your celebrations, your vacations, and your everyday moments.

Even through the sleepless nights and endless baking days, I am truly so grateful and incredibly blessed.

I can’t believe it’s already the end of the month and we’re heading into June! Here is our June market lineup ✨

Please note that we will be missing a couple of markets next month:

• Lake Mary Farmers Market — June 13 & June 20
• Homegrown Horizon West — June 21

But we’ll be back in full swing right after 🫶🏻

Since next weekend will be the last market before our short two week break, I highly recommend pre-ordering your favorite goodies if there’s something specific you’ve been wanting!

Good morning, Lake Mary! We’re on our way to the market with a truck full of your favorite gluten-free goodies!

In addition to the menu, we’ll also have vegan ciabattas, vegan sourdough, and blueberry white chocolate scones that are completely dairy free.

Today’s sweet roll lineup includes cinnamon, sticky pecan cinnamon, banana Nutella, and dairy-free cinnamon rolls.

Just a little reminder — we’ll be taking next week off, so make sure to stop by and stock up on all your essentials (yes, we said essentials 😉) for the week ahead.

As always, pre-orders are highly encouraged, especially if you are coming for a specific item. Quantities are limited and some products may sell out early or vary by market. Sending us a message ahead of time truly helps us plan better and makes market mornings run so much smoother 💌

We also have quite a few dairy free, vegan and grain free options sprinkled throughout the menu this week 🙌
