About a year ago, I decided to take a leap and open my little cottage bakery. I had no idea where it would lead, but I sat down at my computer and designed a website anyway. In between all of that, I was baking nonstop, testing recipes, inviting friends over for taste-testing parties, and basically surviving on coffee and pastry samples. 😅
But I had a vision.
And that’s how Mila’s Gluten Free Bakery was born. 🤍
A year later, I still can’t believe how much this little bakery has grown. What started as a dream in my kitchen has turned into something bigger than I ever imagined. We now have hundreds of customers — many of whom come back week after week — and people regularly drive hours just to visit us.
Every weekend, I’m humbled by your loyalty, your kindness, your messages, your reviews, and your familiar faces standing at my booth. Thank you for choosing my small business over and over again. Thank you for trusting me to bake for your families, your celebrations, your vacations, and your everyday moments.
Even through the sleepless nights and endless baking days, I am truly so grateful and incredibly blessed.
