Good morning, friends, and happy Monday 😊

A new week means a new market menu, and this week’s lineup is here!

We’re keeping plenty of your favorites on the table, including Cinnamon, Sticky Pecan, and Almond Croissant Rolls, Ciabattas, Pretzel Bites, sourdoughs, cookie boxes, Nutella treats, and more.

Fall flavors are staying with us too 🍂 Pumpkin Bread and our Vegan Gooey Pumpkin Maple Cake will both be back this week.

A couple of reminders for preorders: some breads are available by preorder only, and all bread preorders need to be placed by Wednesday so I have enough time to prep everything for baking day.

As always, preordering is the best way to make sure your favorites are waiting for you. Just take a look at the menu and message me your order. No need to prepay.

First, thank you so much to everyone who came to see us this weekend!
We are always so grateful for your support, your preorders, and for everyone who stops by our booth.

September is almost here, and our market lineup is ready 🍂

This month you’ll find us at Lake Mary Farmers Market, Homegrown Horizon West, and we’re very excited to be back at Lake Nona for Art After Dark on Friday, September 4.

For now, Lake Nona is a one time date on our September calendar, but if more dates open up, I’ll absolutely keep you posted. I know many of you have been asking when we’d be back in the area, so I’m really happy to have this one on the schedule.

We’re also attending the red carpet premiere of the Gluten is a Joke documentary on September 12 at the Ritz Theater in Sanford. We’ve been waiting for this documentary to come out and are so excited to finally see it.

I believe there are still tickets available, so if you’ve been wanting to see it too, make sure to grab yours.

Save the dates, and as always, I’ll share the weekly menu and preorder details as we get closer to each market.

Good morning, friends, and happy Sunday 😊

I’m feeling surprisingly well rested this morning because I slept in and woke up at 3 a.m. instead of my usual 1 a.m. 😄

We’re heading to The Abbey Pop Social with a truck full of gluten free goodies, and today is our last Abbey appearance for now.

Today’s sweet rolls are Cinnamon, Sticky Pecan, and Almond Croissant.

We’re also bringing some fall favorites, including Pumpkin Bread, Pumpkin Scones, and our Vegan Gooey Pumpkin Maple Cake.

And of course, we’ll have plenty of your regular favorites too, including breads, Pretzel Bites, Ciabattas, Bagels, Cookies, and one of the best sellers, the Molten Nutella Chip Bar.

We’ll also have a very limited amount of bread left from yesterday’s market available at 50% off, so if you’d like to grab an extra loaf at a discount, come early.

Come by, say hello, and stock up while we’re there. We can’t wait to see you today🩷

Good morning, Lake Mary, and happy Saturday 😊

We’re on our way to the market, and I have a few updates for today.

Today’s sweet rolls are Cinnamon, Sticky Pecan, Almond Croissant, and Dairy Free Apple Cinnamon.

We also have a couple of off the menu surprises. Pumpkin Dinner Rolls are making an appearance today. If you love our challah rolls or sandwich bread, these are for you. I only have a very limited amount, so come early or message me if you’d like me to reserve one for you.

And after quite a few requests, Nutella Fudge Cake Pops made it onto today’s lineup at the last minute too.

Also, this is officially the most preorders I’ve ever had for one market. I double checked and triple checked everything, so hopefully it all goes smoothly this morning. Thank you so much to everyone who preordered.

I definitely overbaked for today, so there should be plenty of goodies waiting for you.

Can you believe these are vegan?! 😊

These gluten free and vegan cinnamon rolls are soft, fluffy, and honestly so satisfying to squish.

I have been testing them behind the scenes, and they are getting very close.

A little exciting news!

Mila’s Gluten Free Bakery was recently featured in OrlandoVoyager, and I had the chance to share more about how this little bakery started, our family’s journey with celiac disease, and how much this community has shaped what Mila’s has become.

One of the things that stood out to me most while looking back on our story is that my goal has always been bigger than simply offering a few gluten free treats.

I want Mila’s to be a true one stop shop for the gluten free community. A place where you can find bread, cinnamon rolls, cookies, brownies, savory options, seasonal favorites, and everyday staples all in one place.

That idea is still at the heart of everything I bake.

Thank you so much to everyone who has helped this little business grow through farmers markets, preorders, repeat visits, kind words, and sharing us with friends and family.

And thank you to OrlandoVoyager for giving me the opportunity to share our story.
