For all my new followers, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.

My name is Anabel Cabrera, and I’m the pastry chef and owner behind French Patisserie LLC.

I’ve been a pastry chef for 14 years, turning my passion for French pastry into a career dedicated to creating elegant desserts and unforgettable experiences.

I graduated from The French Pastry School in Chicago, where I built the foundation of my craft. After graduation, I had the privilege of working at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale, and later transferred to The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, where I continued to refine my skills in luxury hospitality and pastry.

Today, I specialize in handcrafted French pastries, luxury cakes, macarons, dessert catering, and curated dessert experiences for weddings, corporate events, resorts, and special celebrations.

Thank you for being here and supporting my journey. Whether you’ve been following me for years or just discovered my page, I’m so grateful you’re here. I can’t wait to share more of my creations, behind-the-scenes moments, and the passion that goes into every dessert.
