We have a special Valentine’s offer 💞.

These sweets are sometimes called ‘fitness treats’ because of their high protein, high calcium value. Filling inside somewhat resembles riccotta cheese.

You can keep them frozen for up to 3 month or refrigerated for up to 5 days. If frozen, you can take them out, let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes and then enjoy almost like ice-cream.

Sugar-free version is also available (made with stevia).

Order in the next couple of days, and we will deliver to you in Winston-Salem and Forsyth county on Wednesday 2/12.

If not yet, we have a special Christmas offer (direct orders only). Needs to be ordered by or on Thursday 19th the latest.

Salmon Coulibiac. This is a salmon wellington made with yeasted dough, traditional Russian cuisine 😉. I make it with a layer of either Arborio rice or thinly sliced potatoes, 1 pound of fresh salmon, and thinly sliced onions with chives. Makes 10-12 portions. Super good when you have family or friends gathering. Looks like this 😋

WarmWelcome to the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Farmers Market this morning ☀️. We are here till about noon!

One of our savoury products is Vitamin Salad (apple cider vinegar-based coleslaw with carrots, apples, and dried cranberries).

Last week, when I was unloading my car at our house after the market, our neighbour Mira was passing by walking her dog. We talked for a minute then she came back later and bought a few of our products, including our Vitamin Salad. Couple of days later, I found her note on my porch 😋.
