Okay… I think y’all are trying to tell me something. 😂
I’ve had TWO or THREE people today tell me that I need to open a kitchen.
Then I brought some extra cinnamon rolls to work today because I had an order… and sold ALL of the extras except one.
One girl bought FOUR because she wanted to take them home.
She told me she only meant to take a bite of one to try it at work.
Her exact words?
“I only meant to take a bite… and I ate the whole damn thing.” 😂😂😂
Ma’am. That’s not a bite. That’s a cinnamon roll commitment. 🤣
And THIS is why I’m working toward getting into a commercial kitchen.
I just completed my Food Protection Manager course, and I’m getting closer to having a real space to create, bake, and grow Savage Sweets.
Apparently y’all have decided I need to stop playing around and get in that kitchen. 😂

🔥 National S’mores Day called…so obviously I had to play. 😂
Tonight’s S’mores Cookie got a little Savage makeover.
🍫 Half regular graham cracker + half chocolate graham cracker in the dough
🔥 Graham cracker underneath the cookie dough
🍫 Melted chocolate on the bottom
☁️ And because apparently I wasn't doing enough… I’m making my own marshmallow. 👀
I went ALL the way back to one of my very first S’mores Cookie ideas and brought the graham cracker back underneath the dough. Some things are worth revisiting. 😉
And that chocolate bottom? I originally thought about dipping the cookie, but once I saw how these baked, I knew a half-dipped cookie wasn't going to give me the look I wanted. So…chocolate underneath it is.
This is exactly why I love testing recipes. Sometimes the “final” version is actually hiding somewhere in the very beginning.
S’mores Cookie 2.0? 3.0? 🤷‍♀️😂
Either way…I'm getting closer. 🔥🍫☁️

A little taste of Savage Sweets made its way back to New Hampshire. 🤍🍪
I’m up in NH visiting my mom & dad, so naturally I couldn’t show up empty-handed. I packed up some of my favorites to bring with me — cookies, sourdough breads, English muffins, and cinnamon rolls. 🥖🍪✨
I gave my parents their cookies… and then after dinner, I decided I really wanted a Gimme S’more cookie. 😋
Now, I probably shouldn’t have taken one back because, let's be honest, they only get these when I visit. 😂
Luckily, my parents were kind enough to give me one of MY cookies back. 🤣❤️
And somewhere in the middle of eating it, I looked down and saw THIS cross-section…
👀 STOP EVERYTHING.
The marshmallow.
The chocolate.
The gooey center.
The cookie layers.
Obviously, I had to take pictures AND video before I could finish eating it. 😂🍪
So yes… I make the cookies.
And yes… I still steal my own cookies. 😋🤣
Apparently that's how I know we're doing something right.
