Hello cheese friends! It’s a new year and a good time to reintroduce myself. Especially since Grazing To-Go has about 900 more followers since I last shared my face!
My name is Paula, and I’m the owner of Grazing To-Go. We are a charcuterie catering company based in Wilsonville, OR, serving the greater Portland area. We create delicious and special charcuterie, cheese, crudités, brunch or sweet bite grazes-to-go, as well as platters, boxes and cups for groups of all sizes. We cater all types of events, from corporate to private. We offer gifting options, and private or public Charcuterie Styling Workshops throughout the year, as well.
Grazing To-Go opened in 2022.
I have lived in the Wilsonville community for 35+ years and my husband and I couldn’t imagine a better place to have raised our two kids. And dogs. And cats. And a few other creatures, too.🐢🐹
Running a busy PDX advertising agency for 37 years was my prior career before starting Grazing To-Go. But it wasn’t too much of a leap as treating others to creative and delicious food has always been a passion of mine. And since project management, quality and customer service is my jam, it all translates to high-quality products, attention-to-detail and no surprises for our customers. Nobody wants a cheese emergency!‼️
I’ve met so many amazing people these past 4 years and it’s been so fulfilling to be a part of your events, big or small. We love to customize, so no two orders or events are ever really alike!
