As a food allergy family, it can be hard to find safe places to take our family to eat, and the options are usually really limited even at the places we can go. We are so thankful for Freshies just up the way on Harrodsburg Rd! Safe ice cream options that are more than just lemon sorbet 🙂

I don’t always get that perfect “swirl”, and Paul Hollywood would have been quick to point out I had some slight cracking on the last two rolls I made, BUT I do love me some pumpkin roll 😋

You can order a full pumpkin roll anytime, but watch soon because I will have a few opportunities coming soon for you to buy it by the slice instead 😊

It’s that time again!!!! If you need your roll for an exact date, please reach out to me ahead of time to guarantee availability. Otherwise, if you’re flexible on time and date, go ahead and order and it’ll be ready at my next available time (avg, 3-4 day turnaround).

This weekend I got to play both my roles—Wedding Coordinator & Baker!

These families were such a joy to work with, and I loved both getting to help make their day flow smoothly with logistics and also bake so many 😋 tasty options for their guests!

Pictured: chocolate raspberry cake (gf/vegan), pumpkin spice cupcakes (gf/df), and vanilla almond cupcakes (gf/df).
