We’ve been hard at work mixing, fermenting, and baking your favorites. To keep bringing you the absolute highest-quality ingredients, from our slow-fermented artisan sourdough to our loaded white chocolate macadamia cookies, we are introducing a few menu updates!

Meet the newest additions to the Filippo’s Finest lineup:

🌶️🧀 Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough ($18)
The perfect balance of a sharp savory crunch and a mild spicy kick. We fold generous pockets of rich cheddar cheese and fresh jalapeños directly into our classic slow-fermented dough. It bakes up with a beautifully blistered, cheesy crust that makes the absolute best toast, sandwich bread, or dinner side you’ve ever tasted.

🍊🍁 Cranberry Orange Walnut Sourdough ($18)
Your new cozy autumn favorite has arrived! This loaf is loaded with sweet, tart dried cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and a bright zest of fresh orange essence. It’s warm, deeply fragrant, and practically begging to be toasted and slathered in butter alongside your morning coffee.

Both of these are premium specialty inclusions, handmade in small batches right here in Delaware. They take extra time and care to shape, so quantities for our weekly bakes are strictly limited!

🌧️ Not what we were hoping for!

We were scheduled to be a vendor at a local market this Saturday (Grace Episcopal Church) and already have 25 artisan sourdough loaves in production (along with Cinnamon Buns and Chocolate Chip cookies).

Unfortunately, the market was rescheduled to Sunday because of the projected weather and due to work commitments we won’t be able to attend.

We’re hoping some local families might enjoy our goods instead.
