Suzi and The Elves Holiday Cookies Special Occasion Cookies and Treats. All our products are Handmade and Baked With Love. Making Christmas cookies has been a passion of mine for almost 25 years.

It all started as a simple holiday baking hobby that has now become an all out family tradition. Each year my Elves and I gather to bake our hearts out to make what we believe to be some of the most delicious homemade cookies you will ever taste. We hope you enjoy eating them as much as we enjoy making them.

While we are in our off season, we continue to try new recipes, new designs and new ideas. This week we made our first chocolate chip cookie layer cake that served as a rustic wedding cake for some friends. This recipe is a keeper and it was so fun to make! Twelve layers of chocolate chip cookie cake with vanilla buttercream frosting in between. We think this qualifies as “something new” don’t you?
