A little appreciation post, from my heart to yours.

Sometimes I have to stop and remind myself how lucky I am to be doing this.

Baking started as something deeply personal to me. I was a professional dancer and dance studio owner for many years. My mom was my dance teacher and fostered my love for dance and she loved making my son cookies. After losing her, baking her recipes became a little piece of comfort, a way to feel close to her and keep a part of her with me. I never imagined it would grow into Baked by Apryle and become something I’d get to share with so many of you.

Every time you stop by my booth, place an order, try a new flavor, tell a friend about my cookies, or come back for another cookie, please know that I don’t take it for granted. Not one bit.

I’m just a home baker who truly loves what she does, and knowing that you choose to bring a little piece of my kitchen into your homes means more to me than you’ll ever know.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being here. I’m so grateful for every single one of you.
