Iโ€™m finally finding some balance in my days to craft some extra baked goods!

With fall in the air I couldnโ€™t help but try my hand at a new spiced goody and that led me toโ€ฆ.

All that trash is conveniently picked up from our driveways and hauled to the landfill.

โœจIโ€™d also like to remind you that cardboard can be reused for various things such as being used as a compostable w**d barrier in your gardens or simply reused for future gift giving! โœจ

I highly recommend taking a trip and the kids LOVE to help. Get them involved too. Itโ€™s so fun for them to toss the items in the bins! Recycling has become a Rooted Tradition in our family!

Hey guys! I took a completely unannounced social media breakโ€”in fact this will be a pretty permanent decision.

I wish I could say that I can easily balance homeschooling, staying active on social media and running a small business.

But the truth is: I cannot.

I am in a season of life where I have to be brutally honest with myself, especially when it comes to managing my time and prioritizing what I feel is most important. And right now that looks a lot like educating my children at Home and spending quality time with my loved ones.

I enjoy the semi-connection that social media brings but I value in person connection much more.

We will have a few handcrafted baked goods and the kids are super excited about serving lemonade. Thereโ€™s always quite a few other vendors who are serving other baked goods, plants, produce, and some more artsy crafty things.

Itโ€™s been awhileโ€ฆ so I wanted to post a little update.

Adding our 5th little one to our crew has been such a Blessing and I have thoroughly soaked up all those sweet newborn daysโ€ฆthey are so fleeting. I am still adjusting to life with our newest baby and working hard to find a good balance with a baking routine.

That being said, I realize with children in the mix, itโ€™s unrealistic for me to have a concrete schedule. I am in this season of life where I have to ride out the waves and we are constantly adjusting.
