happy march. happy monday. happy motivation.

what motivates you everyday? what gets you out of bed in the morning? if i’m honest, for me most days it’s knowing i get to drink coffee and eat banana bread😂 but beyond that what motivates me in my day to day, relationships, my leather business, and monat business, is that i know i’m building today for my future dreams.

i keep going because i have big scary dreams in my heart that aren’t going to happen if i quit and don’t risk in relationships, or in my businesses. and dreams without action are just dreams, they last less than 8 hours. so everyday i keep going and dreaming and doing, because i want to see my dreams in reality, and i know that those big dreams are really the accumulation of a thousand little daily choices.

so incredibly grateful for this industry and this life. i wouldn’t be who i am today without agriculture, and i can guarantee you wouldn’t be either. so grateful for the hard working men and women across america, and the world, who preserve and uphold the agricultural practices that have sustained us throughout history.

when i say monat makes your hair more manageable, this is what i mean:

-it’s been three days since i washed my hair
-i haven’t used any heat on it
-i’ve got a total of ZERO products in my hair
-my morning hair routine consisted of finger brushing it... that’s it

now let me tell y’all a story, two years ago day three hair was hat hair, well really day two hair was pushing it, but i tried to stretch it out as far as possible (i had other things to do than shower ya know). fast forward to today, and i can go 5-6 days before i need to grab a hat, i can not express how thrilled i am about that.
