I don’t really do this anymore, but I did a cake and cupcakes for a baby shower this weekend!
Cake was devils food cake and cupcakes were French vanilla. Both covered in buttercream frosting.

( I did not make the cookies or chocolate covered pretzels )

Cake is french vanilla and cupcakes are chocolate, all buttercream frosting with handmade fondant monkey face and candy bananas :)

Two dozen of these scary cupcakes for my sons birthday party at the ice rink! Cake is chocolate/peanut butter, with chocolate buttercream, and crumbled chocolate graham crackers for dirt, plus a very scary skeleton hand!

Note to all cake makers! When using those cupcake liners that don't require you to use a muffin pan, keep in mind they cook outwards to the point they won't fit in a clam shell carrier! Use your muffin pans! :)
