Coconut cream filled malasadas. So soft and creamy! Rolled in sugar for added sweetness. Very similar to a beignet.

Tomorrow I’ll be making a Portuguese sweet called malasadas. It’s a coconut cream filled beignet rolled in sugar. It’s become quite popular In Hawaii! 🙂 pictures of course will be posted. 🙂

I decided to put a recipe of mine to the test for an order I received. I have to do a little taste test and adjust it accordingly. Then I’ll make them for the order 🙂 that way I know I’m giving away something I’d love as well. Peanut butter chocolate muffins. My house smells like a chocolate cake
