I bake because I love it 🖤✨

But I keep baking because I know what it's like to walk into a bakery and realize there's nothing you can safely eat.

As someone who needs gluten-free food myself, I know how much it means to find a treat you don't have to question 🌿

That's why I love what I do. Not just because I get to create delicious baked goods, but because I get to provide them for people who can't always find them anywhere else 🌙

Every brownie, cinnamon roll, loaf of bread, and cookie is a reminder that everyone deserves something sweet. ✨

This loaf turned out so much better than any of my previous attempts, and I am genuinely excited about it.

It sank just a little in the middle, but I suspect that may have been from slightly overmixing the batter. Other than that, the texture, structure, and overall result are exactly what I've been hoping to achieve

After a lot of testing, tweaking, and learning, I think I may have finally found the sandwich bread recipe I've been looking for ✨

Now comes more testing, a few small adjustments, and seeing how it holds up for everyday use—but this feels like a very promising step forward for Blessed B. Bakery 🍞

Some ideas I've been working on include:
